The customer is informed by means of this privacy policy how the Hotel Ambassador, Restaurant des Cheminots (hereinafter referred to as AMBASSADOR) handles the collection, use, disclosure, storage and protection of the customer’s personal data. This data protection declaration applies to the website. By using the website the customer accepts this privacy policy and agrees to the collection, storage, processing, use, disclosure and protection of his personal data. The customer can revoke his consent at any time with effect for the future. If the customer does not provide the Hotel AMBASSADOR with the necessary data, it may be that he cannot use the entire offer of the website. 1. USE OF ANALYSIS TOOLS On its website, Hotel AMBASSADOR uses analysis tools to collect data on the customer’s interaction with the website, on links that the customer clicks on and on other actions that the customer uses as part of Hotel AMBASSADOR’s services. NEWSLETTER The customer can subscribe to a newsletter from Hotel AMBASSADOR. They must provide their e-mail address. The newsletter can be cancelled at any time; the relevant information can be found in the newsletter itself. If the customer unsubscribes from the newsletter, the associated e-mail address will also be deleted. e. CONSENT By providing mandatory and possibly further voluntary data, the customer consents to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of such data within the scope of the purposes described in this data protection declaration. 4.
